The Township of East Brunswick ("Township") wishes to [Specific evidence locker we are purchasing has a unique refrigerator built into the locker system]. It is the Contractor's obligation to examine and familiarize themselves with all the requirements of this Request for Quotation prior to submitting a proposal. The Township is issuing this request for quotation via a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 et seq. 1. The East Brunswick Township Public Safety Department is looking to purchase an evidence locker with a refrigerator integral to the locker system as described below. 2. Requirements of the purchase should be as follows or equivalent: 3. Lockers must be constructed of heavy duty 16-gauge steel 4. Quote should include a configuration of one (1) evidence locker with an integral refrigerator. 5. Refrigerator size measurements must be 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep and 78 inches high and the included refrigerator must be built into the locker system / integral to the locker system. 6. In addition to the refrigerator, seven (7) door lockers, , measuring 12 inches wide by 24 inches deep and 4 inch high base.. 7. Lockers should be free standing refrigerator and lockers with evidence deposited and retrieved from the same self-closing doors. 8. Lockers should be keyed with a key drop lock. 9. Free standing locker system needs end panels on each side.
