***Apparent low bidder from previous bid opening: Southwest Construction and Landscaping LLC - $239,500 The Santa Fe County Housing Authority requests bids for the purpose of procuring a licensed construction company for unit remodel to include asbestos abatement for two units located in the Santa Cruz Housing Development at Camino de Quintana and Camino de Roberto. Bids may be held for ninety (90) days subject to all action by the County. Santa Fe County reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or in whole.
