Remove all contents from inside of house and haul away, including basement and attic space. Contents removed to include clothes, furniture, garbage, kitchen/laundry appliances, and all household personal items. Rugs, carpets and loose flooring, including laminate, to be cut out and removed. Carpet tack strips may remain. Acoustic ceiling tiles to be removed. Furnaces, boilers and hot water tanks to be removed. Ductwork and baseboard fin tubing to remain. Items that are to be left on the premises will be clearly tagged and cataloged on a form attached to front door. Interior building components such as window trim, base molding, stair railings and detached interior doors to be left on site, preferably in the rooms they were found. All floors to be swept and vacuumed (shop vac). Basement floors to be left as clean as possible. JURA 19A Program will be accepting bids for the work described in the Bid/spec form included with this document. Bids must be received no later than 4:00pm on the date stated on form. Bids received after this date and time will not be accepted. If you are interested in submitting a bid, it should be hand delivered to the Jamestown Department of Development. Located on the fourth floor of the City of Jamestown Municipal Building.
