Site work for an educational facility in Rochelle, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Project consists of a geothermal borefield installation and site restoration. Bid Security is required in the form of a bid bond. AIA document A310-2010 in an amount equal to not less than ten percent 10% of the base bid and all additive alternates. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond. in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum, on AIA Document A312-2010, as issued by the American Institute of Architects. It is the Owner's intent to issue a Notice of Award to the successful Bidder within thirty (30) calendar days of the Bid Date. No bed shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the opening of bids. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice of Award and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time Work is subject to liquidated damages. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and familiarize themselves with the conditions under which the work is to be performed. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities
