As of January 8, 2024, the project has not been awarded. An award is expected to be made by the end of January, 2024. The scope of work consists of but is not limited to the following: installation and maintenance of temporary Best Management Practices, clearing and grubbing, adjustment of existing drain inlets, placement of dumped rip rap material, construction of bioretention basins and grass swales, installation of a temporary irrigation system, imported and amended topsoil, drought-tolerant native shrubs and ground covers, drought-tolerant grass and trees. [1] Response to all Questions and Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be issued ONLY by formal Addendum to this Solicitation and posted to HIePRO. [2] Bidders shall submit and upload their complete proposal document(s) to HIePRO prior to the posted Offer Due Date and Time. Proposals received after said due date and time shall not be considered. Any additional support documents explicitly designated as Confidential and/or Proprietary shall be uploaded in separate file(s) to HIePRO -- do NOT include any confidential or proprietary content in the proposal file.
