The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering support services for the Water Treatment General Construction Job Order Contract (JOC) program. Services may include design and construction administration and inspection. This project site is located at various Water Treatment Plants located throughout the City of Phoenix. The estimated construction value over the next five years is $40 million. The engineering firm will be required to perform design and construction administration and inspection, on an as-needed basis to support the work of the JOC Contractors. The engineering firm will provide services for the Water Treatment Plants (WTP). Individual projects will be identified by City staff for implementation under the JOC Program. Projects will differ in size, scope and complexity and typically have a construction cost range of $5,000 to $4,000,000. These projects are generally related to asset replacement and/or repair of varying complexity. At any given time, there may be several projects in various stages of implementation. The selected engineering firm will be required to manage all projects in all phases simultaneously, and to coordinate with City staff and the City's JOC contractors.
