Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a swimming pool.
These improvements will renovate aquatic features such as fountains, splashpads and pools throughout the City. 2026 - Anderson: Convert pool DE filter to sand filtertor 2028 - Public Museum Fountain: redesign and reconstruct; Anderson: Replace pool filter building 2029 - Washington: Convert pool DE filter to sand filter, skim coat pool, replace slides/towers, and design new pool building (Construct in 2030) 2030 - Washington: Construct new pool building (lockers, offices, showers) Roosevelt: Splashpad - Remove and replace. The project is included in the City's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 01, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
