The Office of Physical Planning, Development & Operations (PPDO) of the University of California, Santa Cruz, requests experienced professionals to submit written qualification statements to provide Exterior Elevated Elements (EEE) Inspection Services in conjunction with the Balcony Bill (HSC 17973). PPDO seeks the services of qualified Consultants with expertise in exterior elevated elements inspection services for the Santa Cruz Campus and all off-campus facilities. The University reserves the right to request, receive, and evaluate supplemental information after the above time and date at its sole determination. A tentative schedule for completion of review of SOQs, interviews of 'short listed' firms, and selection of consultant firms for the project is anticipated to be in December 2023. Do not submit qualifications statements, brochures or other information before receiving the University's standard forms.
