Renovation of a parking garage in Fairfax, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) is seeking bids for the following equipment replacement at our West Ox Maintenance Facility location in Fairfax County. The contractor shall provide the cost to remove and install two (2) gas fired boilers. See attached. The work to be performed by the Contractor under the specifications shall consist of furnishing all material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies, and other expenses necessary to complete the scope of work needed, including inspections, permits, adjustments, and tests.
