Install RRFBs and Electrical Services, remove and construct cement concrete sidewalk, install signs, property restoration and other miscellaneous work. Engineer's estimate is in the range of $170,000-$190,000. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue.
