Construction documents show the work as divided between a base bid location and two add-alternate locations. Each core will be demoed down to the CMU block walls and concrete floors. The ceilings, tile flooring, plumbing stacks, fixtures and finishes will be removed. The expansion of the restroom cores will require work in adjacent occupied hallways, offices, and classrooms. New plumbing, electrical, fixtures, and finishes will be provided throughout the renovated restrooms. Scope of Services General Contractor to provide build-out of renovated restroom cores as outlined in the attached drawings and specifications. Includes coordination with owners' abatement contractor and phasing of restroom cores if required so the owner has access to restrooms in the facility.
