The City agrees to engage the work of the Seller and the Seller agrees to provide the commodities hereinafter set forth in the scope of work. You are invited to submit your bid to furnish the materials and/or services described herein. Please submit your prices/fees net of all discounts. It is the intent of the City that this Request for Bid promotes competitive bidding. It shall be the Vendor's responsibility to advise the Purchasing Department if any language ,requirements, etc. any combination there of, in advertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this Request for Bid to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Purchasing Department not later than three (3) days prior to the bid opening date. The City reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary to make the determination of the bidder's responsiveness and responsibility. Such information may include but shall not be limited to current financial statements, verification of availability of equipment and personnel, and past performance records. The Bidder agrees to provide a certification if requested by the City of Branson, in accordance with Sec. 34.600, RSMo that they have not engaged in a boycott of: Goods or services from the State of Israel; Companies doing business in, or with, Israel; Companies authorized by, licensed by, or organized under, the laws of the State of Israel; or Persons or entities doing business in the State of Israel.
