Site work and paving for a civil project in Penitas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Description of the Work: Installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 12" PVC wastewater force main including appurtenances, site civil work, and abandonment of existing 12" PVC wastewater force main. Adjustment and rehabilitation of 13 sanitary sewer manholes elevations to conform with the proposed Liberty Boulevard - Road Widening Project. Please direct all related to the design of this Project to the Q&A Section. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimate: $800,000.00 - $850,000.00 Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Bid Security must be payable to City of Penitas in the amount of 5 percent of the proposed Contract Price. The Successful Offeror must execute the Contract and bonds on the forms provided in the Contract Documents and provide evidence of insurance as required by the Contract Documents.
