The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering all of the requested new materials and performing all related work as required in the specifications outlined below. The successful bidder must supply all labor and equipment necessary to satisfy the requirements of this bid. The planned and projected work and the dates when the work will be performed will be assigned to the hired Contractor(s) over the life of this contract, at the discretion of the City. The Contractor(s) is not guaranteed, at any time, to be assigned a work load that will keep the Contractor(s), the Contractor's employees or equipment employed by the City on a constant/fulltime basis. The City will purchase #2 Heating Oil from December 2023 through December 2024. The volumes specified in Section 3, ''Estimated Usage'', are projected estimates and may be increased or decreased in accordance with the demands of the City during the term on the contract award with the right to renew for two additional one-year term.
