CARPET: Contractor shall perform the following: Remove and properly dispose of existing flooring off UCPS property. Clean, prep existing subfloor to ensure levelness of floors and to establish the proper bondage of new flooring. Provide and apply adhesive per manufacture's recommendations. Manufacturer's adhesives shall be used. Provide and install new carpet tile in areas specified within the sitemap (Exhibit 2). Provide and install 4'' rubber cove base in the color black. Provide and install transition strips as needed December 15, 2023 after 3:00 p.m Contractor Commence Work Onsite. December 22, 2023 Substantial Completion December 27, 2023 Final Completion Termination for Convenience. In addition to all of the other rights which UCBOE may have to cancel this Contract or an applicable Purchase Order, UCBOE shall have the further right, without assigning any reason therefore, to terminate the Contract (or applicable Purchase Order), in whole or in part, at any time at its complete discretion by providing 10 days notice in writing from UCBOE to Vendor.
