Per the architect, the owner does not wish to release bid results or award information. The project consists of the following: 1. Engineering and Technology Lab, as shown in the Contract Documents: a. Interior renovations to the existing construction lab to create a new Engineering and Technology Lab. b. New interior finishes. c. New power and lighting. d. New HVAC. e. Exterior site work and shelter. f. Fire alarm and fire suppression work. g. All related demolition. 2. Esports Venue, as shown in the Contract Documents: a. Interior renovations to the existing Auditorium to create a new Esports Venue. b. New interior finishes. c. New power and lighting. d. HVAC system modifications. e. Fire alarm and fire suppression work. f. Adjustment of ceilings, light fixtures, HVAC grilles/diffusers, and fire alarm and fire suppression adjacent to new enclosing wall at the perimeter of the Esports Venue. g. All related demolition Any Bid must include a fully executed Bid Bond as shown in Section 00500 in the amount of five (5) percent of the lump sum contract price. Required Payment and Performance Bond forms will be required to be submitted by the Contractor in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Such Payment and Performance Bonds shall each be in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the lump sum contract price as set forth in the Agreement between the Board and the Contractor. The cost of these bonds shall be included in the Bidders Bid The Board reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any technicalities or informalities. Incomplete or irregular Bids submitted without the required Bid Bond, may be rejected by the Board. The last day for bid questions is November 13th, 2023.
