CST on Tuesday, November 7,2023 It is Required That if Your Business is Located Within Madison County, You Have a Madison County Business License Before a Bid Can Be Awarded to You. It is Required, if You Are a Contractor, and Your Business is Located Outside of Madison County, and Your Bid Amount Exceeds $5o,ooo.oo, You Must Have a Madison County Business License Prior to Being Awarded a Bid. If Under $5o,ooo.oo, It is Required That You Have a Business License Issued by the City or County Where Your Business is Located. Call the Madison County Clerk at 731-423-6024 for Business License Information. This request is for proposals for the Hourly Labor Rate and/or Cost Per Square Foot for painting services and all other services (prep work, cleaning, priming, etc.) required to complete specified painting projects throughout the Jackson Madison County School System District. This contract will begin on the date the bid(s) are awarded until June 30,2024. This bid may be renewed for up to 3 years (one-year increments) with the agreement upon both parties. Each additional year will start on July 1st and end on June 30th. It is required that you submit a five (5) percent bond with your bid.
