Question Cuttoff Date & Time 11/7/2023 04:00:00 PM (ET) The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment necessary for Annual Sanitary Sewer and Inspection Program. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the closing date for receipt of bids. Errors and omissions will not be cause for withdrawal of bid without forfeit of bid bond. Bids may be withdrawn in person prior to the closing date of receipt of bids. If the bid is $50,000 or greater, bid shall be accompanied by a certified / cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the base bid. Bid bond shall be executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and countersigned by a licensed Kentucky Resident Agent, representing the Surety Company. Bid Bonds are not required for bids under $50,000. A certified check or cashier's check is also acceptable forms of bid security. Notice of requirement for Affirmative Action to ensure Equal Employment Opportunities and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Contract participation. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) consists of Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) and Woman Owned Business Enterprises (WBE).
