Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brantford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Stage II to the prequalified firms only. This Request for Quotations (the RFQ) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the City) to prequalified general contractors to submit non-binding quotations for a General Contractor for Southwest Community Park, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). Bidders eligible to submit a bid in response to this RFQ must have been previously prequalified under RFSQ 2023-139 Prequalification of General Contractors for Southwest Community Park. The City of Brantford intends to construct a new park in South West Brantford at the corner of Strickland Ave. and Shellard Lane. This 24 acre park is intended to be a community park and will incorporate a number of premiere park amenities. The development of this park will include the construction of interior access roads and storm water management facilities that will service both the new park and the joint build Grand Erie District School Board elementary school and City of Brantford community center and library facility.
