Renovation of a municipal facility in Cornelius, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 26,284-square-foot municipal facility.
The proposed work consists of, but not limited to rebuilding a reception desk, adding bullet-resistant glass on two new walls, additional interior egress points. Please note that the terms of this Bid and your response thereto will be incorporated into the terms of the final contract if your firm is the selected firm. The Town of Cornelius, North Carolina reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive all abnormalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
