Electrical upgrades. Typical Scope of Work includes (but not limited to) the following: Architectural Work; Interior Design; Civil & Landscape Work; Structural Work; Mechanical Work; Electrical Work; It, Communications, Security; Signage & Wayfinding Furniture, Fixture and Equipment; Testing and Commissioning; Value Engineering Project Progress Reporting; and Asbestos Abatement. TIMELINE: A Request For Pre-Qualifications has been issued by the Owner. The intent of this RFSQ is to pre-qualify Electrical Engineering Consulting firms who are deemed experienced and capable of providing management, administrative engineering and all technical services required to complete and deliver Centennial College Projects (New Construction and Renovation Projects). Projects considered within this RFSQ are projects of varying size and scope (small renovations to large projects) which carry budgets up to $1 million or more. Pre-qualified Electrical Engineering Consulting Firms shall coordinate and liaise with ongoing and future Centennial College Projects. All work must be fully Coordinated with all existing elements, services, systems, and features of existing facilities. The terms, conditions and responsibility for costs of the performance/surety bond shall be mutually agreed upon between the Supplier and Centennial College. Performance bonds may range in the amount from fifty percent (50%) to one hundred percent (100%) of the value of the Services.
