A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Borough of Tuckerton in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security, but not more than $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the amount of $30,000.00 within ten (10) days from the date of written acceptance of his proposal. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. The Borough of Tuckerton hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof. The Borough further reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any or all bids submitted. 2024 Emergency Repairs for Electrical and Mechanical Facilities and Pump Station Maintenance/Inspections - The work covered under this project will consist of providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to make emergency repairs of electrical and mechanical facilities for the Borough of Tuckerton which includes all buildings, park facilities, water plant facilities and eleven (11) sewage pump stations. In addition, an annual inspection and maintenance of the electrical and mechanical systems of the eleven (11) sewage pump stations is included in this project.
