Anticipated Board Approval to Award Contract August 2024 Anticipated Issuance of Notice to Proceed September 2024 Requests for Clarification/Information (RFC/RFI) Due 3:00 p.m., November 28, 2023 The proposed Project consists of the construction of new school buildings, and the demolition of aging and deteriorating buildings. The Project scope also includes interim facilities, as necessary, to accommodate the temporary displacement of any facility and its associated function during construction. The District, at its discretion, reserves the right to contact others, not limited to Districts, project managers, construction managers, inspectors, District staff, etc., to evaluate and score this section. The scoring of this section is not solely limited to the information provided by the proposer. The District will score the top three projects of each category (i.e. SBE, Local Worker, etc.).The District reserves the right to revise or amend the solicitation prior to and/or after the date set for receipt of the SOQ. Such changes, if any, will be announced by via addenda to this solicitation. The contractor and architect shall secure and maintain, at a minimum, insurance upon award of contract. a.
