Scope of Work The fiber project will ideally begin in Deer Park Washington and move Northwest up State highway 395 towards Loon Lake Washington. At the intersection of State highway 395 and 292 the fiber will spur, with one run going west down 292 towards the town of Springdale Washington and one run continuing north on State highway 395 towards the town of Chewelah Washington. The latter of the runs will connect to places on land owned by the Spokane Tribe in Chewelah Washington. The first run will continue on highway 395. At the intersection of State highway 292 and 231 the fiber will run south towards the Spokane Indian reservation. The fiber will then run west onto the reservation at the intersection of Reservation Road and State highway 231. From there the fiber will begin running through the reservation connecting various homes, businesses, and emergency buildings. The main road through the middle of the reservation is Ford Wellpinit/Westend Road. The awarded vendor must complete a thorough site-walk and review of the project goals.
