As part of our continuing campus development, Mount Royal University (MRU) intendsto create a list of prequalified Audio-Visual Equipment and Services providers to utilize for ongoing internal projects varying in size and scope including supply, delivery and installation of Audio-Visual Equipment. It is the university’s intent to prequalify up to Five (5) Vendors at the sole discretion of MRU. The equipment / services will be supplied / performed on an as required basis by prequalified Vendors and will consist of a broad range of servicesincluding but not limited to: a) Project Planning and Assessment b) Audio-Visual System Design c) Supply and Delivery of Audio-Visual Equipment d) Installation and Integration e) User Training f) Testing and Quality Assurance g) Project Completion h) Warranty and Maintenance Documents can be obtained from https://mtroyal.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/72574
