Project Description: The work or improvement to be performed consists of providing all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary to re-roof the adjacent shelter #4 at Heritage Park located at 18600 Bloomfield Ave, Cerritos, CA 90703 The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or portions thereof, or to waive any informality or irregularity in a bid to the extent allowed by law. No bid will be accepted from a contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9, Division III of the California Business and Professions Code. The contractor must possess a license of the following classification at the time the contract is awarded (and must maintain this license classification through completion of the project): "A," "B," and/or "C-39." The bidder's attention is also directed to Section 7028.15 of the Business and Professions Code for further reference. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security referred to in the Contract Documents and by a list of proposed subcontractors. Evidence of current City Business License (applies to contractor and all subcontractors), insurance, a Performance Bond, a Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Warranty Bond, as specified in the Contract Documents, will be required prior to execution of the contract.
