Ref. #: PSUT-23-08 Intent to Bid Due Date: Dec 5th 2023, 2:00 PM EST Questions Due Date: Nov 14th 2023, 11:30 PM EST Questions through Online Portal. Anticipated Issuance of Answers to Questions Nov 20th 2023, 6:00 PM EST The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the Electrical Rehabilitation of the Water Treatment Plant as shown on drawings and as described in specifications. The project consists of demolition, temporary and new work. The demolition work includes the demolition of existing Switchboard, ATS, transformers, panelboards, lighting systems, disconnect switches, conduits and conductors, portions of cable tray systems, motor control centers (MCC's) etc. as per specifications and plans. The temporary work during construction includes temporary generators, temporary equipment, temporary conduits, and temporary conductors as per specifications and plans. The new work includes new mains, new switchboards, new motor control centers (MCC's), new panelboards, new disconnect switches, new lighting systems, new grounding systems, new panelboard, new low voltage transformers, modifications to existing MCC-4 and MCC-5, new cable tray, new underground ductbanks, new conduit and conductor systems, modifications to existing plant PLC panels, and new instrumentation and control systems as per plans and specifications. The aforementioned project details are a summary of the work needed for the project but are not intended to be all inclusive, thereby please reference Attachment E and F in conjunction to the requirements outline in this bid package for the full project requirements
