The work of this single bid project includes the removal and replacement of EPDM roof systems in the entirety at Schuette Hall, as well as removal of EPDM roofing system and replacement with a fluid-applied roofing system on the campus' Central Heating Plant Low Roof. Work also includes replacement of roof hatches, skylights, exhaust fans, and installation of ballasted guard rail systems. Abatement of hazardous materials is also included. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
