Renovation of a conference / convention center in White Rock, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

No Bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. All forms of bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks are prohibited by state law. Failure of any bidder to receive any addendum or interpretation shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under its bid as submitted. All addenda so issued shall become part of the solicitation documents. This project is issued by and under the control of The Incorporated County of Los Alamos. The contracting office is the Public Works Department. The location of the project is in the County of Los Alamos, New Mexico located adjacent to the White Rock Visitor Center located at 115 NM State Road 4 White Rock, NM 87547. It is the intent of the County to award a Contract for Base Bid construction of the Project as shown on the Construction Documents, Details and Specifications and specified herein. Should additional budget be available, however, the Additive or Alternate Bid Items listed in the Bid will be considered. Additionally, the County for budget considerations or convenience may wish to expand the Work scope according to the Allowances for Alternates outlined in the Bid. The summary of work is as follows, but is not limited to the following: White Rock Visitor Center Outdoor Restrooms and Pavilion: 1. Contractor is responsible to purchase, deliver, unload, and assemble Outdoor Bathrooms and Pavilion-type structure over the seating area by Cedar Forest Products (Basis of Design) or approved equal. 2. Contractor is responsible to complete all site work and excavation. 3. Contactor will complete all quality control testing per specifications. 4. Contractor will supply all conduit pipes, drainpipes, electrical wiring, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) as indicated and as required by local code. 5. Contractor is responsible to locate and connect to all utilities including, water, sewer, storm drains, electric, and fiber optic. 6. Contractor will complete all concrete footings and slabs. 7. Contractor will furnish and install all interior finishes. 8. Contractor will furnish and install all equipment and complete all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical rough-in and finishes. 9. Contractor is responsible for all wood sealer material and application labor. 10. Contractor is responsible to extend conduits for possibility of future projects in that location.
