1. Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and shall complete Representations and Certifications. Registration in the SAM database can be accomplished at the website https://www.sam.gov.
2. The applicable NAICS Code is 562211, which has a size standard of $41.5M.
3. This is a Single Award of Firm Fix Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with task orders issued on a FFP basis. The ordering period of performance is one (1) base year and four (4) option years/period, plus a six-month extension period per FAR 52.217-8. No funds will be obligated on the base ID/IQ contract; all funds will be obligated on individual Task Orders.
4. Contract Minimum and Maximum Limitations. a. The Government is obligated to place a task order in an amount which will total $2,500.00, which is the contract minimum, and may place additional task orders on the contract for up to $25,000,000.00. b. The Government reserves the right to award only the minimum $2500.00.
5. Offerors shall fill in the SF1449 for Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs) 1001 thru 6001 -Project Management Services; complete the attached Appendix K, Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, for the "Schedule of Disposal Services and Supplies" and then insert the totals on the SF1449, CLINs 1002 thru 6002. For CLINs 1003 thru 6003 and 1004 thru 6004, the Government has provided estimates for these CLINs, Offerors shall not change the numbers. The Government provided estimates will be applied equally to all proposals for evaluation purposes.
