Parks Canada Agency (PCA) requires a Contractor to provide services for the operation of the Water Treatment Plant and distribution systems at Fundy National Park (FNP). The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to November 30, 2024 inclusive with the option to extend for 2 additional one year periods. Question Deadline 11/09/2023 All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority. Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than 5 calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer NOT being provided. Site Walkthrough Note: Bidders should confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
