The project consists of the addition of a factory powder coated, bolted steel ground storage tank, foundation, appurtenances, and associated piping; blasting and recoating of piping, valves, and appurtenances at Ground Storage Tank No. 1; blasting and recoating of piping, valves, appurtenances, discharge head, and motor cover at Water Well No. 1; blasting and recoating of piping, valves, appurtenances, discharge head, and motor cover at Booster Pumps Nos. 1 through 4; blasting and recoating of the tank interior and exterior, piping, valves, and appurtenances at Hydropneumatic Tanks Nos. 1 and 2; recoating the exterior of the control building; touchup coating of the LAS building; replacement of the chlorine analyzer pump; miscellaneous electrical work; site improvements including drainage swales, site grading, and fencing; and all other improvement items shown on the construction plans.
