Site work for a civil project in Pilot Point, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of: Installation of well head piping to complete two (2) water wells; Installation of yard piping; Installation of chemical facilities The installation of appurtenances including but not limited to electrical, controls, and lightning protection; The replacement of any damaged or disturbed property, including but not limited to property fences and graded drainage ways. Well 5 is located west of US Route 377 and north of Farm to Market 455 in Denton County, Texas. The Gunter Office Well is located east of Pike Road and north of Kerfoot Drive in Grayson County, Texas. There will be no prebid meeting for this project. All requests for information (RFIs) are due Tuesday, July 16, 2024. Any questions related to the bid documents can be made by email to sdavis@stegerbizzell.com Bidder agreesthat the Work will be substantially complete within 180 calendar days afterthe date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 210 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
