Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall furnish all parts, consumables, labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide scheduled, preventive, and predictive diagnostic for one (1) 20 MVA, 69Kv Delta, North American Transformer and one (1) 69Kv Delta, Waukesha Transformer, Serial No. GT-3013 at Nellis Air Force Base, NV (NAFB). The goal is to ensure high confidence levels in electrical service required for the entire installation. This contract is primarily to perform preventative on NAFB's substation, as described in this Work Statement (PWS). Period of : Base Year: 17 November 2023 - 16 November 2024 Option Year One: 17 November 2024 - 16 November 2025 Option Year Two: 17 November 2025 - 16 November 2026 Option Year Three: 17 November 2026 - 16 November 2027 Option Year Four: 17 November 2027 - 16 November 2028
