District seeks qualified firms to provide inspector of record services for DSA projects, nonDSA projects, and roofing projects. Interested firms must have a minimum of ten (10) years' minimum relevant experience. The firm(s) selected shall, at all times, work collaboratively with the District, corresponding teams, sub-consultants, the General Contractor and any sub-contractors, as necessary, and all applicable regulatory agencies. Firm(s) selected may be assigned to specific projects via contract and provided with a more detailed scope of work related to that specific project and/or school site. All responses shall be firm offers subject to acceptance by the District and may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following the last day to accept responses. Responses may not be amended after the due date except by the consent of the District. Recommendation of Award to Board of Trustees December 11, 2023 All questions or comments regarding this RFQ must be in writing and received no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 16, 2023. Any questions submitted after the deadline will not be answered.
