Reference Number 0000333570 Demolition of two residential homes (a 1-story ranch and a 2-story house) and a small stable/barn structure. The structures shall be removed down to grade. Please note that the footprints of the foundations as well as any driveways or concrete slabs must be left intact and remain visible after all work is completed. Additionally, there are also two vehicles and miscellaneous equipment left by the previous tenant that must be removed and disposed of properly. The three structures are located along the Chattahoochee River at the back of Cauley Creek Park (7255 Bell Road, Johns Creek, GA 30097). Question Acceptance Deadline 11/07/2023 05:00 PM EST Attached are photos and the ESA Report, Asbestos Survey and Rodent letter required for the demolition permit. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the City of Johns Creek Community Development Department. Anticipated Notice to Proceed November 20 or sooner Project Completion Date 45 Calendar days from issuance of NTP Coordination of work between the Contractor and City is essential to the successful completion of this project. City shall work with Contractor in obtaining all necessary permits. The Contractor is to complete all work assigned within 45 days. The Contractor and City shall coordinate a schedule and daily work plans after receipt of a Notice to Proceed. REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES & REMOVAL OF JUNK ETC. REQUIRED SITE WORK At the end of demolition the site will be required to be re-filled with suitable soils. The area will also be required to be re-grassed seeding and covered with straw.
