Renovation for existing Grand Ledge High School in the Grand Ledge Public School System MEP Upgrades / Architectural Renovation Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security in an amount of not less than 5% of the total base Bid sum, pledging that the Bidder will enter into a Contract with the (Owner/ Construction Manager) under the terms stated in the Bid Documents.
