Business Services office space at the 18 Truscott Place building, including existing stone clad fireplace demolition, removal of existing carpet tile flooring, installation of new lighting, new carpet tile flooring, six (6) interior windows, two (2) interior doors, office space partitions, storage cabinets, countertops, wall paint and wood trim finish, electrical wiring upgrades, data wiring upgrades, ceiling finish repairs and installation of an accessible lift. Owner provided materials include lighting luminaires and office furnishings. An architectural, lighting and accessible platform lift drawing and specification is included in this ITB. Bonding Requirements - 100 % - 100 % The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept what is, in its judgment, the bid which is in the Citys best interest
