Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Midland, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,700-square-foot fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The Project will consist of the construction of various interior renovations on each floor of the city's existing Police Department building, as well as exterior improvements in the existing courtyard. The interior renovations shall consist of revisions to finishes, fixtures, and minor wall layout adjustments, as described on the Drawings. The fire station addition will consist of an approximately 1,700 SF addition to accommodate a new Fitness Center at the existing Central Fire Station. The address of the projects are the following: Central Fire Station is located at 1500 W. Wall St., Midland, TX 79701, and the Police Department is located at 601 N. Loraine St., Midland, TX 79701.
