Renovations and improvements to existing aviary enclosure at Moorpark College EATM Zoo The Deadline for Questions is 5:00p.m., Monday, 11/20/2023. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by: (a) the required Bid Security; not less than 10% of the maximum amount of Bid Proposal inclusive of add-on or alternates, (b) Subcontractors List, (c) Non-Collusion Affidavit, and (d) Statement of Bidder's Qualifications, all of which must be fully executed. Failure to comply shall render such proposal to be "Non Responsive" and rejected. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid proposal or in the bidding.
