This project replaces fifteen (15) outdated Elevated Departure Roadway LED signs and the two (2) Lower Arrivals Level LED signs at the West and East escalators with updated LED display signs within the existing sign cabinets. One existing LED wayfinding sign on the Elevated Departure Roadway shall be demolished and not replaced. The magnitude of this Work is in the range of $1,400,000.00. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond (Labor and Materials), each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the Airport Authority, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price, made payable to Airport Authority as bid security Questions must be received no later than 2:00 pm March 28, 2024. Responses from the Authority will be communicated via the Authority's bid management website in the "Documents" tab to all Prospective Bidders of this solicitation. Inquiries received after the date and time stated above will not be accepted.
