Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

For any construction project for which the bid amount is over $100,000, the successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of bidder’s entire obligation under this Agreement, as security for faithful performance and payment. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to Renovate the Pool Decking at the Patterson Park Community Center’s Indoor Pool. Remove existing caulk and install new elastomeric caulk between concrete pads in control joints around pool. City will specify color. Main Pool is 185 linear feet. The remainder of pool areas are 205 linear feet
