This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by the City of Regina (the "City") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses for eligibility to provide Water Underground Utility Maintenance Services as further described in the RFSQ. The purpose of this RFSQ is to identify contractors who meet the minimum threshold specified in Section F Rated Criteria of the RFSQ. These contractors will be placed on a Qualified Vendor Roster (QVR) for the provision of services established under this competition only. Existing qualified vendors from QVR 4969 will be automatically pre-qualified for this new QVR but will be required to submit updated pricing attached as Annex B. The term of the QVR is for a period of five (5) years ending on December 31, 2028. The work includes but is not limited to: 1. Water Main Leak Repair; 2. Water Service Connection Leak Repair; 3. Water Service Connection Replacement; 4. Water Valve Repair and Replacement; 5. Hydrant Replacement; 6. Access to Watermain for Inspections; 7. Water Service Thawing; 8. Thaw Rod Installation on Water Service Line; 9. Directional Drilling for Water and Sewer mains and Connections; 10. Trench Cutting and Ground Compaction Services; 11. Equipment Rental; 12. Hydrovac Services; 13. Plumbing Services; 14. Concrete Cut Repair; 15. Asphalt Cut Repair. Competition Type: Request for Qualifications Agreement Type: NWPTA and CFTA
