Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 General: Interior Renovation at the Public Prosecution Services Suite on the Second Floor of the Saint John Court House .2 Partitions to underside of ceiling, creating 4 new office spaces. .3 Existing and new ceiling tile and grid. .4 Modifications and additions of mechanical and electrical systems withing existing and new ceiling grid to suit new open and private office layout; including modifcation to tiles, grid, and accessories as required to suit. .5 Interior Finishes:The existing space is vinyl composite tile, and ceramic tile; flooring infills required. Other finishings include: paint throughout, wall base, corner guards, flooring trims, Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
