All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to roof remediation of the low-slope roofs, and facade remediation of the stair and broadcasting tower enclosure in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by HOK/Wiss, Jainey, Elstner Associates, Inc. dated July 28, 2023, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A.
