Notice-Request for Proposals Highlands Housing Authority Fire Alarm Detectors Replacements at Jennie Parker Manor The Housing Authority of the Borough of the Highlands (the "Authority") is requesting proposals from qualified fire alarm Contractors for Fire Alarm Detectors Replacements at Jennie Parker Manor located on Waterwitch Avenue in Highland Park, NJ 07732 as per the Scope of Work included in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposers must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue and with the New Jersey Department of Labor as a Public Works contractor at the time the bids are received. The Authority invites the participation of MinorityOwned Business Enterprises in this solicitation and reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bidding.
