The scope of work includes all labor, materials, tools, appliance, equipment, and facilities necessary to do all of the work noted in the plans and specifications. All work shall be done to the satisfaction and under the supervision of the District's Maintenance and Operations Administrator Director or his duly authorized representative. The scope of work for NMUSD Fence Renovation at Project Mariners Elementary School includes but is not limited to the following: Removal and disposal of the existing asphalt concrete pavement, concrete walkways, and subgrade material, regrading and recompacting areas (softscape/landscape/turf, parking, drive), import base and top soil, construction of concrete mowing curbs/strips, constructi The successful bidder will be required to furnish the District with a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, and a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the Contract, regardless of the contract amount. All bonds are to be secured from a surety that meets all of the State of California bonding requirements, as defined in Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120.
