Site work for a municipal facility in El Cajon, California. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The scope of work includes all labor, materials, tools, appliance, equipment, and facilities necessary to do all of the work noted in the plans and specifications. All work shall be done to the satisfaction and under the supervision of the District's Maintenance and Operations Administrator Director or his duly authorized representative. The scope of work for NMUSD Fence Renovation at Project Mariners Elementary School includes but is not limited to the following: Removal and disposal of the existing asphalt concrete pavement, concrete walkways, and subgrade material, regrading and recompacting areas (softscape/landscape/turf, parking, drive), import base and top soil, construction of concrete mowing curbs/strips, constructi The successful bidder will be required to furnish the District with a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, and a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the Contract, regardless of the contract amount. All bonds are to be secured from a surety that meets all of the State of California bonding requirements, as defined in Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120. Pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 22300, the successful bidder mayon of concrete raised curbs, construction of concrete retaining curbs/walls, construction of new asphalt concrete pavement, removing and resetting chain link fences and gates, repairing irrigation and landscape system as related to concrete curbs, and other related work as described in the plans, specifications, and contract documents, by the reference made a part hereof Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond in favor of the District in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. Each Bidder Shall Be a Licensed Contractor Pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and Shall Be Licensed in the Following Appropriate Classification(S) of Contractor's License(S), for the Work Bid Upon, and Must Maintain the License(S) Throughout the Duration of the Contract: a, General Engineering. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the District with a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, and a Payment Bond equal to 100% of the successful bid, prior to execution of the Contract, regardless of the contract amount. Minority, women, and disabled veteran (DVBE) contractors are encouraged to submit bids and bidders are encouraged to make a good faith effort to contact and utilize DVBE subcontractors and suppliers, providing documentation with their bid. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
