Marshall County, Tennessee is requesting bids for flooring replacement at the Courthouse Annex Building in Lewisburg, TN. SCOPE OF WORK First Floor: o Demo glued down carpet and prep floor for new flooring in hallway and break area. o Using premium supplies, install 30 mil flooring to approximately 1100 sq ft. o Install 6" cove base o Install rubber transitions at doorways. Second Floor: o Demo glued down carpet and prep floor for new flooring in hallway, conference room, and break area. o Using premium supplies, install 30 mil flooring to approximately 2100 sq ft. o Install 6" cove base o Install rubber transitions at doorways. Third Floor: o Demo glued down carpet and prep floor for new flooring in hallway o Using premium supplies, install 30 mil flooring to approximately 560 sq ft. o Install 6" cove base o Install rubber transitions at doorways. Stairwell Landings: o Demo glued down carpet and prep floor for new flooring o Using premium supplies, install 30 mil flooring o Install 6" cove base o Install rubber transitions at doorways Stairs: o Demo glued down carpet and prep floor for new flooring o Using premium supplies, install an estimated 92 stair treads
