The project includes the complete deconstruction, decommissioning, demolition, and disposal of the building and foundation in its entirety. Remove and dispose all designated substances prior to demolition. Backfill the building footprint and any voids. Compacted gravel will be the final finish for the area. Underground services to be disconnected, terminated, and capped as appropriate. Waste disposal shall follow current industry protocol and best practices. Soils to be removed from site shall be tested first for contaminants. All work to conform to applicable municipal, provincial, and federal laws.
