Renovation of a medical facility in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The scope of this project is to upgrade the fire alarm system at the Tracadie Hospital. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation, made payable to "Regional Health Authority A". Upon award of contract, the successful bidder shall furnish the Owner with a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond for an amount equal to fifty percent each of the contract price. Tender documents will be posted on NBON. Hard copies of tender documents are available to contractors upon receipt of a non-refundable, $250.00 payment to VALANCORP Inc. (TEL: (506) 252-8087.
